Very bad customer support

I bought a pair of sandals . I wear a size 38 but kanvas size 38 was small for me so I requested the shoe be picked up abs replacement sent to me...I got a response after almost one week asking me to send the shoe to kanvas. I sent it by courier spending 250/- but have still to receive any confirmation from them about receipt or refund... every vendor picks up on their own... this is a big drawback because the sizes are not standard...
