How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

  • Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size. You can check out our size chart for reference.

  • Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.

  • After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.

  • From there, you can either login to your existing KANVAS account or simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one.

  • Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.

I have placed an order. How do I know if it’s confirmed?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation Email. It will include your order number and a WhatsApp will be sent with your tracking details once the product is dispatched.

Can I modify my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately after the order is placed, you cannot add new products to the order but you can always place a new order for your desired products. If you wish to remove products from your order or cancel the order, please contact us at Customer Support within 24 hours of placing your order.

I tired placing my order using my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What now?

  • As a first step, kindly check your bank account to ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days.

How can I track my order?

  • You can track your order through multiple ways, mentioned below:

    You can Login to https://kanvas.world/ from your registered email address and track your order in “My Orders” section.

  • You can connect with our Customer Support and we’ll confirm you the tracking details with status or you can check the details sent to you on WhatsApp.

Are there any shipping charges?

We offer complimentary shipping on a purchase of products above INR 1000.  There is a flat nominal charge of INR 100 on COD and purchases below INR 1000.

Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?

Yes, you will receive a call on the day the delivery is to be attempted. In case you are not available at your address, you can ask the courier person to deliver the products the next day.

A confirmation call will be made before dispatching all COD orders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. It generally takes 2-5 working days to fulfil the delivery. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, flight delays, and improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer. Can you expedite my product on priority?

The expedite delivery varies from region to region. If you want us to expedite your product, call us at Customer Support helpline +91 8779876115 or you can write to us at info@kanvas.world before 24 hours. Please make sure that it is a prepaid order. We cannot expedite a COD order.

What is the difference between normal shipping and express shipping?

Normal shipping takes 3-5 days to deliver your package whereas express shipping takes only 1-2 working days. We also offer instant deliveries in India at additional INR 200 to INR 250 depending on the Pincode.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking?

All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.

What should I do if my payment fails?

  • In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

  • Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.

  • If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at info@kanvas.world.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

No, there is no extra cost apart from what’s mentioned on your checkout page at the time of ordering.

What if my order is undelivered?

If our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will again initiate delivery once confirmed from your end.

How can I cancel my order?  

  • Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by logging into your KANVAS account, clicking ‘Orders’ and then ‘Cancel Order’.

  • If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on Customer Support helpline +918779876115 and we will see if we can work it out for you.

Can I modify my shipping address after the order has been placed?

Yes, we can modify/change your shipping address provided you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. However, if the order is dispatched before you contact us the shipping address will not be modified/changed.

How will I get refund for the cancelled order?

  • We do not offer any refund. These products are handmade and limited edition, hence they are not eligible for a return, only a size can be exchanged. And the product have to be couriered by you to our address on the invoice.

  • As soon as we get the product back and the quality check is complete, a coupon code will be provided to you. You can use this coupon to repurchase any product from our website. You can input the code when you reach the checkout page.

  • A response will be provided to you within 52 working hours, along with the coupon code, if deemed applicable.

  • The quality check results of the returned product and the provision of the associated coupon code (if applicable) is at the discretion of Kanvas.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer need, store Coupon Code or Bank Transfer.

  • If the customer requests for a refund, the process will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return. Failure to send the product within the time frame of 7 days or failure to contact Kanvas may lead to rejection for exchange/return request.

What is the refund policy of orders placed during a sale?

There is no refund or return on sale items for or below Rs.999. If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be offered as store credit, not the current product price.

The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?

No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product as store credit for future shopping.

Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?

You will automatically get subscribed to our marketing emails after registering with us.

What to do if I forget my password?

You can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ option when logging in, and the password reset link will be sent to you via email.

I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?

  • You will receive the refund in the form of Store Credit or Discount Codes, once the package reaches the warehouse.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer need, store Coupon Code or Bank Transfer within 10-15 working days.

What if I’m not available when the pickup is being attempted?

Our courier partner will attempt the pick-up 3 times. You can let them know a convenient time to pick the product up. To avoid this you can inform us the required date of delivery at the time of placing an order so we can send the products accordingly.

In case I return the product, will the COD/ Shipping/ Gifting Charges be credited back?

No. These are one time charges and are non-refundable.

How does the Return process work?

You can apply for a Return from your KANVAS account:

  • Login to your account and go the ‘My Orders’ section. Click on ‘View/Edit Order Details’ for the respective order.

I want to place an order but I don’t want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?

  • We have to leave the tags intact in case the person you’re gifting faces any issues and would like to return the product.

  • It is not possible to detach the invoices and tags but if you call us immediately after placing the order, our team can help you out.

  • If you want to add a note to the gift, please email the note to us at info@kanvas.world or  and immediately call us on our Customer Support helpline +918779876115, so that we can add it before the order is shipped. Please note that the character limit for the note is 250 characters.

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  • Returns –  We do not offer any refund. Once the product is returned and checked the product amount will be given to you via a Store Credit Code.

  • Cancellations – If the order is cancelled before shipped, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. If a cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a store credit, after the package reaches back to us.

  • Defective/ Damaged in transit – Once confirmed by the Customer Support the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as Store Credit Code as per your convenience.

  • Wrong/ Missing products – We can either ship out the product(s) (if available in stock at the time) or a refund into the bank account or as Store Credit Code as per your convenience.

How do I reverse ship the product?

  • Please do note, footwear customized & made to order are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.

  • To be eligible for returns, the footwear must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on the footwear in clean, carpeted areas.

    Initial shipping charges are not refundable.

  • We are unable to and will not provide cash refunds on any goods sold.

  • You can use your online store credits, whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.

  • To return / exchange an item, the customer must write to us at info@kanvas.world. A prompt response is assured to such mails.

  • The purchases can be returned for exchange within 7 working days for India and within 15 world days for rest of the world, from the day you receive the goods.

  • The Cost incurred for shipping to our head office shall be borne by the customer alone. The Return address is stated on the invoice supplied with your goods. You can also courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below:

What are the terms of the Return Policy?

  • Customers can return their order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.

  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.

  • If you have received a defective, damaged or wrong product, send us images at info@kanvas.world and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Support the refund will be provided as Store Credit.

  • You can use your online store credits, whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.
